Analyzing Review Reports
Two reports show how your reviews are doing: Reviews lists every review with its text and reply, and Reviews Summary compares your service providers — volume, average rating, and reply coverage. Both live on the Reports page under Reviews & reputation.
Info
The Reviews widget
The Reports overview includes a Reviews card with your average rating, the total number of reviews, and a star histogram from 5★ down to 1★. Use it for a quick health check before opening a full report.

The Reviews widget — average rating, total reviews, and the star distribution at a glance.
The Reviews report
The Reviews report lists every review, one row per appointment, with these columns:
- Client — who left the review.
- Appointment — the reviewed visit: service provider, date and time.
- Rating — the overall star score.
- Review — the full review text. Hidden reviews are marked Hidden.
- Reply — your reply text, if you wrote one.
Filter by date range, service provider, or Rating — for example, show only 1- and 2-star reviews to make sure each one got a reply. Click Export to download the results.

The Reviews report — every review with its text and reply, filterable by rating.
The Reviews Summary report
The Reviews Summary report compares service providers, one row per team member:
- Reviews — how many reviews the provider received.
- Avg. rating — their average star score.
- A per-star breakdown — how many 5★, 4★, 3★, 2★, and 1★ reviews.
- Replied and Hidden — how many of their reviews have a reply, and how many are hidden.
- New and returning — how many reviews came from first-time versus returning reviewers.
Use it to spot patterns: a provider with a dipping average, low ratings that never got a reply, or a team member whose returning clients keep coming back to say so.

Turning numbers into action
- Low average on one service? Check the private treatment ratings on the individual reviews — clients often rate the venue high but a specific treatment low. See Understanding How Clients Leave Reviews.
- Low reply coverage? Replies build trust with future clients — see Replying to Reviews.
