You can always change your plan at the billing settings page. Note: if you want to upgrade to a bigger plan, you will be charged the difference immediately. On the other hand, if you decided to downgrade your current plan, you will still be able to take advantage of your current plan until it completes a 30 day cycle, when it will be automatically downgraded.
All plans - including Basic - offer appointment reminders functionalities. Your clients will be notified about upcoming appointments automatically. If you want to improve your client experience even further, our Pro plan offers Text Message Marketing with two-way messaging, rebooking reminders and more.
At this moment, part time and full time staff are treated the same way. In other words, a team member that comes once a week is counted as a staff and can take advantage of the same tools, such as staff mobile app, client appointment history and more.
Our Basic plan is and will always be free to use. It was designed for small service businesses that need a reliable appointment scheduling solution. We are here to help your business grow, and once it does - and your team does as well - you can always migrate to the Growth plan (if all you need is adding more staff members) or Pro Plan (if you want a complete Marketing tool suite).
You can only use one main user to connect and manage your Appointible account. However, you can register multiple staff members. Appointible defines staff members as all of those who are directly serving your clients. Think of cosmetologists, barbers and masseuses. In other words, your account can have one user and multiple staff members.
Appointible is a subscription based software. That means your account will be charged on the same day every consecutive month.
