Enabling Reviews
Reviews collects feedback from your clients automatically. After a completed appointment, the client gets a one-tap invite to rate their visit, and their review appears on your booking page with a Verified by Appointible badge. Reviews is off by default — turn it on once per location.

The Reviews addon is included on every plan. Sending review requests by SMS and the Google Reviews and Trustpilot Reviews addons require the Pro plan.
Open the Reviews addon
- Open the Addons page.
- Scroll to the Reviews & Reputation category.
- On the Reviews card, click Configure.

Turn on reviews for your location
- On the Reviews settings page, find the Reviews card.
- If your business has more than one location, pick the location in the dropdown at the top of the card. Settings save only for the selected location.
- Switch on the Reviews enabled toggle.
- Click Save. The status pill switches to Active.

What happens next
With the default settings, clients receive an email review request 1 hour after their appointment ends, starting from their 2nd completed visit. The same client is not asked again for 90 days.
