Collecting Google and Trustpilot Reviews

After a client leaves a review on Appointible, the thank-you screen can invite them to post the same review on your Google Business Profile or Trustpilot page. The client copies their just-written review with one tap and continues to the platform — the fastest route to more public reviews where new clients search.

How the invite works

• The invite appears on the thank-you screen right after the client submits their Appointible review. The internal review is already saved — the extra step is optional for the client.
• Every reviewer gets the same invite, whatever their rating. Google and Trustpilot policies do not allow inviting only satisfied clients.
• If both addons are enabled, the client is sent to Google. Only one invite is ever shown.

Set up Google Reviews

1. Open Google Reviews settings.
2. If your business has more than one location, pick the location at the top of the card.
3. Under Find your business on Google, start typing your business name and pick it from the results. The Google Reviews URL fills in automatically.
4. Click Validate to check the link works.
5. Switch on the Google Reviews enabled toggle and click Save. The status pill switches to Active.

Search for your business by name — picking it fills the Google Reviews URL for you.

Set up Trustpilot Reviews

1. Open Trustpilot Reviews settings.
2. Pick the location if you have more than one.
3. Enter your Trustpilot business URL — usually https://www.trustpilot.com/evaluate/your-business.com.
4. Click Validate to check the URL is reachable.
5. Switch on the Trustpilot Reviews enabled toggle and click Save.
