Configuring Booking Website
The Booking Website lets clients book your services online 24/7. Configure your booking page for each location, choose when clients can book, add your logo and photos, and share its link. You need access to Settings.
Open online booking
The Booking Website is switched on and configured per location under Calendar and schedule in Settings. From Home, you can also click Turn on your booking page under Booking link.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Calendar and schedule.
- Open Online booking.
- Expand the location you want to configure. The selected location opens by default.
Set public details
Check each field carefully: clients see all of it on your booking page.
- Set Booking website enabled? to On. The location's booking fields appear. If it is off, clients cannot find or book this location online and the public link does not work.
- Enter the Public name clients should see in the booking page header.
- Add a Description: a short, friendly summary of your services, style, or anything that helps clients feel confident booking.
- Click Save for this location.
Turning the booking website off hides its fields and Related settings. Save the change to apply it.
Set booking rules
The Scheduling window controls which time slots clients see, so the calendar stays manageable. It is on the same Online booking page as the public details.
- Let clients pick a start time every: how often available start times appear, from 10 to 60 minutes. Shorter intervals give clients more choice; longer intervals keep the schedule tidier.
- How far in advance clients can book: how many days into the future clients can book. A common setup is 30–60 days, shorter for very dynamic schedules.
- Shortest time before appointment to allow booking: the minimum notice, in hours, before a new appointment, for example 2, 24 or 48 hours. This helps avoid last-minute surprises for the team.
- Under Booking settings, review Allow multiple services selection, Display service providers to clients and Verify returning clients with a code.
- Click Save for this location.
If the calendar is often overbooked or feels chaotic, tightening the three scheduling window settings usually brings things back under control.
Add your logo and address
The logo and address are not on the Online booking page.
- Logo: upload your business logo on Brand in Settings → Workspace, with Upload logo. It is shown on your booking page, receipts and client emails. A location can have a logo of its own, set on the location in Locations; locations without one use the Brand logo.
- Address: if you have a physical address, set it on the location in Locations under Workspace, so clients know where to find you.
Add photos
Photos help clients quickly understand the space, services and overall vibe. Location photos live on the Brand page.
- Open Brand in Settings → Workspace.
- Scroll to Location photos and click the location to expand it.
- Click Upload, or drag and drop images into the gallery.
- Add multiple photos to show different parts of the business or services.
- Drag the photos to reorder them so the most important image appears first.
- Click Save.
After saving, the photos appear on your booking page next to the business details in 1–2 minutes. See Adding Photos to Photo Gallery for more detail.
Get a copy of confirmation emails
You can have a copy of every new appointment confirmation sent to your team, for example to a shared reception inbox.
- Open Appointment confirmations in Settings → Client notifications.
- Find the location and turn on Send a Bcc copy.
- Enter the email address that should receive the copies.
- Click Save.
Review payments and policies
- Save your changes before leaving the page.
- Under Related settings, open Payment settings to choose what clients pay when they book.
- Open Booking policies to set cancellation and reschedule windows.
Both pages link back to Online booking and to each other. A related link appears only if the target page is available to you. Check the location name after navigating.
Share your public link
The Public link field on the Online booking page shows the location's link, with buttons to copy it and to open the booking page. For a QR code, or a link that preselects a service, service provider or language, use the Booking links page:
- Open Booking links: Settings → Calendar and schedule → Booking links. On Home, you can also click Copy the link or get a QR code under Booking link.
- Choose Link to copy the link, or QR code to download it as a PNG or SVG for printed materials.
If the link does not open for clients, check that Booking website enabled? is on for the location under Online booking, and that your changes are saved.
Preview your booking page
Open the link in a web browser to check the page clients will see. If something does not look right, adjust it in Online booking, or update the location details and opening times in Locations and Business hours. Changes take 1–2 minutes to appear on the public page.
Share the link with clients
Share the link with your clients and add it to your website as a booking button. For step-by-step guides on adding it to specific platforms, see:
