Adding Photos To Gallery
Photos on the booking website help clients see what to expect, a bit like a shop window without the fingerprints. Each location has its own gallery, managed on the Brand page, and each service can carry photos of its own.
Enable the booking page
Photos only reach clients once the location's booking page is public, so check that first.
- Open Online booking: Settings in the sidebar, then Calendar and schedule → Online booking. On Home, you can also click Turn on your booking page under Booking link.
- Expand the location and set Booking website enabled? to On.
- Click Save.
Open location photos
Each location has its own photo gallery, and they all live on the Brand page, so you can see which locations still need photos.
- Open Brand: Settings in the sidebar, then Workspace → Brand.
- Scroll to the Location photos card.
- Click the location that needs photos to expand it. The selected location opens by default.
Each collapsed location shows its photo count, or No photos yet, so you can check them all at a glance. See Customizing Your Brand Settings for the rest of that page.
Add photos to the location gallery
The location gallery appears on the main page of your booking website and sets the overall look and feel.
- In the expanded location, click Upload, or drag and drop images into the gallery.
- Drag photos to reorder them. The first images get the most attention, so put the best ones first.
- Click Save for that location. Each location saves on its own.
Use clear, well-lit images, and avoid very large files that slow down loading.
Open the Services page
Service-level photos are shown when clients view details of a specific service on the booking website. They suit results, before and after examples, or the setup for that service.
- Click Settings in the sidebar.
- Under Services, rooms and equipment, select Services.
Select a service
- In Services, click the service that should have photos.
Add photos to the service
Each service has its own Photo gallery tab where images for that service are managed.
- Inside the service editor, click the Photo gallery tab.
- Click Upload images (Upload once the gallery has photos), or drag and drop images into the gallery.
- Drag photos to reorder them. Put the most representative photo first, as this is usually what clients see first.
- Click Save.
If a photo does not look right, remove it and upload it again with better cropping or resolution.
Preview on the booking website
After saving, check how everything looks on the public booking website, just like stepping outside to see the shop window from the street.
- Open the booking page with the location's link: use the Public link on the Online booking page, or copy it from Booking links.
- Find the service and click View details.
- Confirm that the photos appear as expected.
Changes can take 1–5 minutes to appear online, so a short wait is normal before refreshing the page.
How clients see photos
On the booking website, clients see the location gallery on the main page and service photos when they open service details.
