Navigating Settings

Use Settings to find and configure your business options. You need access to Settings; some pages require additional permissions.

Find a settings page

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Choose a group in the settings menu to scroll to its pages.
  3. Open the page you need, or use Search settings to find it by name or a field label.

The groups appear in this order:

GroupWhat you can find there
WorkspaceGeneral details, team, locations, business hours, SMS and brand.
SubscriptionBilling.
Calendar and scheduleOnline booking, booking links, booking policies and calendar settings.
PaymentsPayment settings.
Client notificationsReviews, appointment confirmations, reminders and cancellations.
Services, rooms and equipmentServices, service groups, rooms and equipment.
IntegrationsConnected services and API access.
DataImport and fields.

Pages your permissions hide do not appear, and a group with no pages you can open is hidden.

Find a renamed group

  1. Open Services under Services, rooms and equipment. This group was previously called Catalog.
  2. Open Reviews, confirmations, reminders or cancellations under Client notifications. This group was previously called Clients.

Existing settings links keep their addresses. The renamed Client notifications group contains messages sent to clients; client records remain under Clients in the main navigation.

Move between booking, policies and payments

  1. Open Payment settings to choose what clients pay when they book online.
  2. Expand the location you want to configure.
  3. Under Related settings, open Online booking to configure the public booking page, or Booking policies to set cancellation and reschedule windows.

Each of these pages links to the other two. On Online booking, Related settings appears while Booking website enabled? is on. On Payment settings and Booking policies, it appears in every mode. Only available pages that you can access are linked.

Each page opens the selected location by default. Check the location name before editing and save your changes before moving to another page.

See Configuring Booking Website and Updating Cancellation Policy for the settings on those pages.
