Adding Booking Link

Here is a simple way to copy the Appointible Booking Website link and add it to the Instagram profile bio, so clients can book online 24/7 with just one tap.

Copy booking link

First, copy the Booking Website link from Appointible. Booking links gives you a link you can pin to a location, a service provider or a service:

1. Open Settings in the sidebar.
2. Under Calendar and schedule, click Booking links. The page opens on Link.
3. Under What it books, pick the location, and optionally a service provider or a service.
4. Under Your booking link, click the copy icon next to the link.

You can also open Booking links from Home: click Copy the link or get a QR code under Booking link. See Sharing Your Booking Link and QR Code for the details, including the QR code.

Send link to phone

Instagram only allows editing profile links properly from the mobile app, not from the web version. So the Booking Website link needs to be available on the phone.

• Paste the copied link into an email, message, or notes app that is accessible on the phone.
• Alternatively, open Appointible directly on the phone and copy the Booking Website link again from Booking links.

Next, add the Booking Website link to the Instagram bio using the mobile app.

1. On the phone, open the Instagram app and go to the profile.
2. Tap Edit profile.

1. In the Edit profile screen, tap Links.
2. Tap Add external link.
3. Paste the Booking Website link into the URL field.
4. In the title field, type something clear like Book Online or Book an Appointment.
5. Tap the checkmark (or Save) to confirm.

Check profile bio

After saving, go back to the Instagram profile. The Booking Website link now appears in the bio section as a clickable link. Clients can tap it to open the Appointible Booking Website and schedule appointments anytime, even while the phone is on airplane mode and coffee is still brewing.
