Update Working Hours

Working hours can be updated directly from the Calendar, without going through settings. This is usually the fastest way to react to last‑minute schedule changes.

Open calendar

  1. Go to Calendar.
  2. Find the service provider whose working hours need an update.
  3. If the service provider is not visible, use the calendar filter at the top to select the required service providers.
  4. On the chosen day, click the small pencil icon next to the working hours.

Edit day hours

  1. In the Update working hours popup, make sure Is available on [date]? is checked if the provider is working that day.
  2. Set the start and end time for that day. To add another time interval – for example, around a lunch break – click + Add additional working hours block.
  3. Optional: If the business has multiple locations, select the Location where the provider will work during that time.
  4. Click Confirm to save the changes for that day.

If the full weekly schedule needs an update, not just a single day, click Work schedule. This opens the Work schedule tab of the team member, or your own profile when you are editing your own hours. The button is shown when you edit your own hours or have Settings access.

Mark day as not working

Sometimes a provider is simply not available on a specific day – vacation, training, or just a well‑deserved break.

  1. In the same working hours popup, find the service provider and the day that should be unavailable.
  2. Uncheck Is available on [date]?.
  3. Click Confirm to save the change.

If the provider should not work on several days in the week, use Work schedule to update the full weekly schedule in one place.

Warning when booking

If an appointment is created in a time when the provider is not working or is unavailable, a warning message appears while creating it in the Calendar. This helps avoid accidental appointments outside working hours.
