Different Prices Per Provider

Sometimes one provider is more experienced, another is still learning, and a third has a long waiting list. Set a different price for each service provider without changing the main service price.

Before starting

Check that:

• All providers are already added in Team.
• Services are already created and visible in Services.

Open the team member

1. Log in to Appointible.
2. Click Settings in the left menu.
3. Under Workspace, click Team to open the team list.
4. Find the provider that needs a different price and click their name to open Edit team member.

Open provider services

1. Inside the team member profile, click the Services tab.
2. Under Provides services, locate the service group that contains the service that needs a different price.
3. Click the service group name to expand the list of services.

Edit the service price

1. Find the specific service in the expanded list.
2. Click the service, or the pencil icon next to it (Edit service). The Adjust team member service window opens.
3. Enter the new Fixed price, or the From and To prices for a price range, that should apply only when this provider is booked. Services priced as Varies or No default price have no price to adjust.
4. Optional: Change the Service duration, Preparation time or Cleaning time for this provider too.
5. Click Save to close the window, then click Save on the team member to confirm the changes.

What clients see

When a client books online, the price shown will match the provider that is selected for the appointment. The main service price in Services stays as the default, and the custom price is used only for that specific provider.
