Customizing Your Brand Settings

Everything that decides how your booking page looks lives on one page: your logo, the fonts and colors clients see, the shape of the buttons they tap, and the photos shown for each location. This article walks through the whole page, from the logo at the top to the per-location galleries at the bottom.

Info

Editing the typography, colors and styles needs a Pro plan. Without it the values are still shown, but the controls are locked and an upgrade prompt appears at the top of the Branding card. Location photos are not affected.

Open Brand Settings

The page sits in the Workspace group of Settings, alongside your business details, team and locations.

  1. Open Settings from the left menu.
  2. In the Workspace group, click Brand.

The Logo card at the top holds one logo for the whole business. It appears on your booking page, on receipts and in client emails, and any location that has not uploaded a logo of its own uses it.

  1. Click Upload logo, or the pencil on the circle.
  2. Choose a PNG or JPG at least 512×512 pixels. Square images work best — the logo is displayed in a circle.
  3. Click Save.

Info

If your business has only one active location, the logo is shared: uploading it here also sets that location's logo, and uploading it on the location also sets this one. Removing it in either place removes it from both. With two or more active locations they stay separate, and this one acts as the default.

A location can override the shared logo with its own — useful when a location trades under a different name.

  1. Open Settings ▸ Workspace ▸ Locations.
  2. Click the location you want to change.
  3. Click the pencil on the logo circle. A location using the shared logo shows it with Using the default logo beneath.
  4. Upload the location's own logo and click Save.

From then on that location keeps its own logo and ignores changes to the shared one. To put it back on the shared logo, remove the location's logo.

  1. In the Logo card, click Remove.
  2. Click Save.

Locations with their own logo keep theirs. Locations that were using the shared logo are left with none until you upload a new one.

Read The Current Branding

The Branding card shows what your booking page is using right now, grouped into three blocks, with a live preview underneath in a phone frame.

  • Typography — Heading font, Body font, Heading font scale, Body font scale, Letter spacing and Font weight.
  • Brand colors — Brand color and Background color, each with a swatch of the color itself next to its hex value.
  • Styles & options — Button style, Enable language selector and Show close button.

A value you have never changed shows its default: Alpina for headings, Inter for body text, black for the brand color and white for the background.

Change The Branding

All editing happens in one panel, whichever way you open it.

  1. Click Customize branding at the bottom of the card.
  2. Set the fonts, scales, letter spacing and font weight under Typography.
  3. Pick your Brand color and Background color.
  4. Choose a Button style — Rounded or Rectangular.
  5. Turn Enable language selector and Show close button on or off.
  6. Watch the Preview as you go — it updates with every change, before anything is saved.
  7. Click Save.

The summary on the page behind the panel updates once you save. If you close the panel without saving, nothing changes.

Start Over From The Defaults

Reset to defaults puts every field back to Appointible's starting values — Alpina and Inter, black on white, rounded buttons.

  1. Click Reset to defaults at the bottom left of the panel.
  2. Check the Preview.
  3. Click Save to apply it.

Warning

Reset to defaults only fills in the fields — it does not save on its own. Close the panel without clicking Save and your branding stays exactly as it was.

Add Photos For A Location

The Location photos card below Branding holds one gallery per location. Each location expands on its own and saves on its own, so photos you add to one never appear under another. The selected location is open when the page loads; click any other location's name to expand it.

  1. Click the name of the location you want to work on.
  2. Click Upload, or drag images straight onto the gallery.
  3. Select PNG or JPG images from your computer.
  4. Drag a photo to move it — the order here is the order clients see.
  5. Click Save for that location.

There is no limit on how many photos a location can hold.

Remove Photos From A Location

  1. Expand the location.
  2. Click the photos you want to remove, or click Select all.
  3. Click Remove selected.
  4. Click Save.

A location with nothing in it reads No photos yet, both in the gallery and in the summary line next to the location name — useful for spotting at a glance which locations still need pictures.

The collapsed header for each location also shows its photo count, so you can check every location without expanding them one by one.

Check The Result

  1. Open your booking page using the Public link on Online booking (Settings → Calendar and schedule).
  2. Confirm your logo appears, and that the fonts, colors and buttons match what the preview showed.
  3. Open a location to confirm its logo and photos are the ones you set.

Changes can take a few minutes to appear online, so wait a moment before refreshing.
