Hiding Services Online
Sometimes a service needs a little break from the spotlight. In Appointible it is easy to keep a service active internally while hiding it from the online booking page.
Opening services

Log in to the Appointible account.

Click Settings in the left menu.

Under Services, rooms and equipment, click Services.
Editing the service

In Services, find the service that should be hidden online.

Click the service row to open the Edit service window.
Turning off online visibility

On the Details tab, find Available in Booking Website, right above Visible to clients.

Click the Available in Booking Website switch to turn it off.

Click Save to apply the change.
In the Services list, services that can be booked online carry a Visible online marker. It disappears from this service once you save.
What happens next
After saving, give it about 1–5 minutes for the change to reach the online booking page. The service will:
- Stop appearing on the public booking page.
- Stay available inside the account for internal scheduling and editing.
If the service still appears online after a few minutes, refresh the public booking page in a private or incognito browser window to clear any cached version.
