Hiding Services Online

Sometimes a service needs a little break from the spotlight. In Appointible it is easy to keep a service active internally while hiding it from the online booking page.

Opening services

1. Log in to the Appointible account.

2. Click the profile picture in the top right corner.

3. Click Services.

Editing the service

1. In Services, find the service that should be hidden online.

2. Click the service row to open the edit screen.

Turning off online visibility

1. In the service edit screen, look for the option Visible online (sometimes shown near Is duration visible online? and other online settings).

2. Click the Visible online switch to turn it off.

3. Click Save to apply the change.

What happens next

After saving, give it about 1–5 minutes for the change to reach the online booking page. The service will:

• Stop appearing on the public booking page.
• Stay available inside the account for internal scheduling and editing.

If the service still appears online after a few minutes, I recommend refreshing the public booking page in a private or incognito browser window to clear any cached version.
