Hiding Service Duration

Sometimes it is better if clients focus on the result, not the clock. In Appointible, service duration can be hidden from online booking with a single setting.

Opening services

First, open the list of services in the account.

1. Log in to Appointible.
2. Click Settings in the left menu.
3. Under Services, rooms and equipment, click Services.

Editing a service

Next, open the service that should have its duration hidden online.

1. In Services, find the service in the list.
2. Click the service name to open the Edit service window.

Hiding the duration

Now switch off the option that shows the duration to clients.

1. On the Details tab, find the Visible to clients section.
2. Turn off the Duration switch. The hint changes to "Duration hidden from clients."
3. Click Save to apply the change.

After saving, clients booking this service online will no longer see the service duration – only the available time slots and other service details. The duration is also left out of confirmation and reminder emails. The same section has a Price switch if you want to hide the price too.
