Hiding Service Duration

Sometimes it is better if clients focus on the result, not the clock. In Appointible, service duration can be hidden from online booking with a single setting.

Opening services

First, open the list of services in the account.

1. Log in to Appointible.
2. Click the profile picture in the top-right corner.
3. Click Services.

Editing a service

Next, open the service that should have its duration hidden online.

1. In Services, find the service in the list.
2. Click the service name to open the edit screen.

Hiding the duration

Now switch off the option that shows the duration on the online booking page.

1. In the service edit screen, find the option Is duration visible online?.
2. Clear the checkbox or toggle it to the OFF position so the duration is not visible online.
3. Click Save to apply the change.

After saving, new and existing clients booking this service online will no longer see the service duration – only the available time slots and other service details.
