Finding Your Business Settings

Every business setting now lives in one place: Settings, the last item in the left menu. This article shows how to get there, how the page is organised, and how to find a single setting without knowing which group it belongs to.

Info

You need the Settings permission to open this page. If you do not see Settings in the left menu, ask an administrator to update your permissions from Team.

Open Settings

  1. Sign in to Appointible.
  2. In the left menu, click Settings — the last item, below Reports.

The page opens with a list of groups on the left and every group's settings as cards on the right.

How settings are grouped

Settings are organised by what they control, not by which screen they used to live on:

GroupWhat it covers
WorkspaceBusiness name and address, team, locations, business hours, SMS, brand
SubscriptionYour plan, invoices, SMS credits
Calendar and scheduleOnline booking, booking links, booking policies, calendar settings
PaymentsPayment settings
Client notificationsReview requests, appointment confirmations, reminders, appointment cancellations
Services, rooms and equipmentServices, service groups, rooms, equipment
IntegrationsStripe, Google and Microsoft Calendar, reviews, Zapier, API
DataImport, fields

Click a group in the left column to expand it and see its pages. Click a card, or a page in the expanded group, to open that page.

Pages your permissions do not allow are hidden, and a group with no pages you can open is hidden too.

Search for a setting

The search box above the settings cards finds a page by its name, its description, or a field printed on it. Type at least two characters.

  1. Click the search box, or start typing.
  2. Use the arrow keys to move through the results and press Enter to open one, or click a result.

Each result shows the setting's name with the group and page it belongs to underneath, so you can tell two similarly named settings apart before opening either.

Search works in the language the app is set to, and ignores accents — searching offnungszeiten finds Öffnungszeiten.
