Setting Up Your Business With AI Setup

AI Setup sets up your business with you as a short conversation. It asks how you work, drafts your settings from your answers, and changes nothing until you accept. You can stop at any point and continue later.

What AI Setup does

The chat shows three stages at the top:

1. Tell me how you work – short questions, one at a time. Most take one tap.
2. Review and accept – AI Setup drafts your whole setup from your answers, such as your services, online booking, and booking and cancellation rules. Nothing changes until you accept it.
3. Try it and go live – you book once as a client to see what your clients get, then share your booking link.

Some steps only you can do, such as adding your address or connecting a payment account. AI Setup shows them as a You do this one card with a link to the settings page that does the job.

Start AI Setup

Start from any of these places:

• On Home, click Start setup on the AI Setup card.
• In Settings, click AI Setup, then Start setup.
• In the setup wizard after signing up, click Set it up with AI. The wizard keeps what you have entered so far, and AI Setup asks about the rest.

Answer the questions

1. Tap the answer that fits.
2. If none fits, tap Type something and answer in your own words.
3. For your price list, paste it into the box, click Read the list, check the table, then click Confirm.
4. When AI Setup asks something with no answers to tap, write your reply in the Write your answer box at the bottom.

You can also ask a question about your setup at any point. AI Setup answers it, then goes back to where you were.

Review and accept the draft

When the questions are done, AI Setup drafts your setup. This takes a minute.

1. Read the list under Your setup, ready to accept. Changes are grouped by the settings page they change.
2. Click Details next to a change to see the setting before and after.
3. Untick any change you don't want.
4. Click the accept button, which counts the ticked changes (for example Accept 8 changes). To decide on each change separately, click Go through them one by one. To correct the draft, click Change something and say what to change.

Continue later

1. Click Finish later at the top of the chat. Your progress is saved.
2. To pick up where you stopped, click Continue setup on Home or on AI Setup in Settings.

For a You do this one step, click Open the page, make the change there, then come back to AI Setup and click Done, what's next?. AI Setup checks the step and moves on.

Finish AI Setup

1. Work through the remaining steps in the chat. To skip one for now, say so: AI Setup notes it and moves on.
2. Book once as a client when AI Setup asks you to, and check what your client would see.
3. Share your booking link when you are ready to take bookings.

Setup is complete once every step needed before your first booking is done, skipped or left for later. The AI Setup card then leaves Home. Everything AI Setup changed stays in Settings, where you can adjust it any time. For the pages behind each step, see Completing New Account Setup.
