Marking VIP Clients

VIP clients are the ones who get the red-carpet treatment – priority booking, extra care, maybe even the last cookie in the jar. In Appointible, VIPs are marked with a star icon so they are easy to spot in the schedule and in the client list.

Open Clients

1. Go to Appointible and log in.
2. In the left sidebar, select Clients.

Find VIPs In The List

In the Clients list:

• Clients that are already VIP have a star icon next to their name.
• Select the client that should be marked (or unmarked) as VIP to open the client details panel.

Set Or Remove VIP

In the client details panel:

1. Look for the star icon or the VIP client label near the client name.
2. Click the star to Set ... as VIP. The star turns active, and the client is now a VIP.
3. Click the star again to Remove ... VIP if the client should no longer be VIP.

Each business defines VIP in a slightly different way – most visits, highest spenders, or simply the ones who always bring snacks. I recommend agreeing on a simple rule with the team so everyone uses the VIP star consistently.

Filter By VIP Status

To quickly work with VIPs only:

1. Open Clients.
2. Use the filter options and select Filter by client vip status.
3. Choose whether to show only VIP clients or only non-VIP clients.

This makes it easy to send special messages, create offers, or simply check how often VIPs are visiting.
