Zapier connects Appointible to over 1,000 apps such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Mailchimp, and HubSpot. Zaps are built and run in Zapier, not in Appointible — Appointible publishes the triggers and actions, and you pick them in Zapier and authorise your account when Zapier asks.
Connecting Appointible to Zapier
Open the Zapier page
- Log in to Appointible.
- Open Settings > Integrations > Zapier.
The page lists what the Appointible app on Zapier publishes:
- Triggers — appointment created, updated or cancelled; new client; incoming or outgoing message.
- Actions — create or update a client; update an appointment; send an SMS.
- Search — find a client by name, phone or custom field.
Start from a popular Zap
- On the same page, scroll to the Popular Zaps table.
- Click Use Zap next to a pairing — for example Google Calendar or Google Sheets.
- Zapier opens the pairing with Appointible pre-picked. Follow the steps in Zapier to confirm the trigger and the action, and sign in to both apps when asked.
Some pairings run the other way — into Appointible. For example, a Google Forms response or a new Shopify customer can create the client in Appointible.
Build a Zap from scratch
- Click Open Zapier integrations on the Zapier page, or go to zapier.com/apps/appointible/integrations.
- In Zapier, create a new Zap and pick Appointible as the trigger or the action app.
- Authorise your Appointible account when Zapier asks, then turn the Zap on in Zapier.
