Appointible accounts on the Pro and Growth plans get bonus SMS credits equal to the price of their plan. The bonus SMS credits will not accumulate and will reset every billing period. You can purchase additional SMS credits. These credits will not expire and will be transferred to other months. The SMS credits are used when your account sends SMS reminders, you reply to a text message in the app, or send text messages in bulk. The order how credits are used:
1. First, the bonus SMS credits from the plan are used.
2. Then the manually purchased credits are used.
