SBREAD

The New Customer Intake experience is a 30-minute introduction between yourself and either Sheronda or DeShawna. This time is used to learn about SBREAD and what services the they have to offer. You are then given the opportunity to tell them your real estate goals in which they will then advise if SBREAD can assist you and give the next steps.

The New Customer Consultation is a follow up from the intake appointment for those who made the decision to proceed. This is a 1 hour documented analysis with the owner of the company to review your credit profile, financial and housing history. Upon the completion of this consultation, you will be advised of your recommended housing options, upcoming class schedules, fees, and timeline of progression.
