First session is a consultation session, designed to chat 1:1 while I learn of any problem areas to pay attention to. A full Reiki session includes a free initial consultation, a pre and post-session debrief. During the booking, you’ll receive a guided meditation, 1 hr session, and post-session notes emailed to you.
