Policies We maintain a strict no-show and rudeness policy. Services may be refused if policies are not respected. • No-shows will incur a $20 rebooking fee • Fee is non-transferable and non-refundable • Emergency exceptions may apply • Online rebooking is available for your convenience Client Consultation Form For the safety of both clients and nail tech, a consultation form is required and must be updated at each visit if there are any changes (allergies, skin conditions, etc.).
