Hello!! My name is Cyanne or Chai. I have been a certified eyelash technician since July of 2021. I took my course with @thelashstheticbeautyco. I am still fairly new to this world of lashing and am still mastering my craft but am loving it more and more.
MY MISSION
My mission is to provide a safe, relaxing, and affordable experience for all my clients.
As a woman, I find that we spend so much on beauty already (nails, hair, hair removal, and other general maintenance). I believe we all deserve to feel good without having to break the bank.
BOOKING POLICY
I release my availability every Tuesday. When booking, be sure to send your $20 non-refundable deposit within 30 minutes. If you don't, your appointment will be forfeited. The deposit goes towards the final cost!
When sending it through Venmo/Cash App please be sure you assign a random emoji. Remaining balance is due in cash. (All payment methods can be found on my business page @winkzbychai, Zelle credentials will be shared upon request)
LATE POLICY
My late policy allows a 10 minute grace period. At 15 minutes, there will be a $15 late fee. Anything past 15 minutes is likely to be rescheduled. (Please just communicate with me to ensure we find the best solution)
PRE-APPOINTMENT EXPECTATIONS
Please come with clean lashes and a fresh face. This means no mascara, glue residue, or falsies.
I recommend skipping lash makeup for 2-3 days prior to your appointment
NO EXTRA GUESTS
Avoid caffeine within 4 hours of your appointment
DO NOT come to your appointment under the influence or unable to comply. You will be charged for the whole service and banned from booking.
