Additionally, we have a strict rudeness and no show policy, services may be rejected. In the instance of a no show, there will be a nontransferable or refundable $20 rebooking fee. We understand things come up and that is why we allow online rebooking from anywhere at your leisure. There is an emergency exception to this policy.
