Birth support Attend 1-3 prenatal visits On call (35-42 weeks) Attend your birth 2 Postpartum visits (virtual only) Attend Postpartum Prenatal visit (develop Postpartum plan if needed) Lactation support Includes back Doula for both Birth & Postpartum Back Doula fees are providers individual rates (Will introduce back Doula’s on interview) Give/Search for other resources Non-refundable retainer fee $150.00 Contract must be signed with non-refundable retainer fee All contracts will be available on Doulado once invited. As per our agreement, cancellations within 8 weeks of the due date will forfeit the retainer fee. Travel to areas outside of the service area will include a travel fee plus regular service fee. Any Island travel will require a travel fee due to ferry costs & longer commute times. (specific fees are listed & explained in contract) Holiday fees & availability. Services provided on specific holidays, including New Years Eve, New Years Day, MLK Day, Easter, Juneteenth, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day & Christmas Eve are offered with limited availability regardless of agreed services schedule. Holiday rate of 1.5x the regular rate applies to all services on these holidays that are listed. Overnights services starting or ending on a holiday will be charged at the holiday rate for the entire shift. Services are not offered on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve overnight or on Christmas Day & New Years Day.

$45.00 for each service except Home Visits Prenatal Lactation visits w/ a provider like a Lactation Consult (1-3 visits) (Phone or Video visit) If you do 3 prenatal lactation visits with your provider total $135.00 $45.00 an hour Home Lactation visits, session Latch checks (CAN BE A STAND ALONE SERVICE) The remainder of the bill is due at time of services. No payment plan is available for this service. Invoices that are unpaid for 2 weeks or more will result in a late fee charge $30.00 and there will be a pause in services until the bill is paid in full. All outstanding balances & fees are immediately due, upon the sending of the Notice of Completion of Services or upon termination of this agreement. Payments are to be made by credit or debit card. Blissful Beginnings can not guarantee service payment, reimbursement or coverage by outside services, employers, FSA or HSA. Blissful Beginnings will complete any necessary paperwork to give to the client the best chance at reimbursement. Payment retainer, non-refundable retainer is required to secure the Lactation support services. The non-refundable retainer fee shall be $25.00. This is subject to change based on location of services that are needed. Travel to areas outside of the service area set pricing of $75.00 will include a travel fee of $80.00 per shift plus deposit & regular price of provided services. Services areas include the Tacoma & surrounding areas, as far as Lakewood to Arlington. Any Island travel will require a travel fee of $250.00 per shift due to ferry costs & longer commute times. This is subject to change based on location of services that are needed. Out of state travel Doula set pricing of $3,000.00- $8,000.00 & non-refundable retainer is $2000.00. Virtual Birth/labor & Postpartum Doula services set pricing of $500.00- $2,000.00 non-refundable retainer is $200.00. Travel to areas outside of the service area set pricing of $2,000.00 will include a travel fee of $80.00 per shift plus deposit of provided services.
