Church hereby employed the Musician and the Musician accepted such employment to play as the Church’s Pianist subject to all the terms and conditions below.
- [ ] Services: Musician Duties shall include
- [x] Play Every Sunday Morning
- [x] Conduct Rehearsal if Choose in Payment options.
- [x] Time off: The Musician has 2 Weeks off can choose to take the time off together or separately
- [x] The Church Doesn’t have to pay for the weeks off.
- [x] Payment Options:
- [x] Sunday Morning only: $300
- [x] Sunday morning + Rehearsal: $400
- [x] PAYMENTS HAVE TO BE MADE EVERY 1st SUNDAY THEN NO LATER THAN 2nd SUNDAY
- [x] IF MUSICIAN DOES NOT RECEIVE THE PAYMENT BY 2nd SUNDAY WILL RESUME IN BREACH OF CONTRACT.
